Circuit Board City Statement of Intent
This next shoot that I wish to undergo is a bit of an odd one. I'v noticed that I like to take photographs of particular things and then change the perspective so that they look like something else. So I thought that I might explore this idea of looking closely at circuit boards as they can be made to look like city's or structures. The shoot should be very basic at first as I only want to have a go and if I get some interesting resulting I may develop the idea further. So to begin with, I'll start taking pictures of the circuit board in front of a white infinity curve and then I will do the same but outside on different surfaces etc. In terms of camera settings I'll keep the ISO at 800, when indoors and then change it to 100, when I go outside. The shutter speed that I'll use indoors will probably be around 1/80 as I will be using a tripod but when I'm outside I'll have to adjust it accordingly depending on how light it is outside. Aperture will also be kept around F5.0 as I want to be getting close-ups of the circuit board. Keeping it low will mean that the focal length will be short and objects that are near to the camera will be in focus.
