I plan to do this shoot outside, as it will be very messy. The shoot itself will be quite straight forward to execute but just may take some time to get the perfect shot. Again because of the nature of the shoot the shutter speed will have to be really high probably around 1/1000, to capture the fast popping balloon.The ISO will be around 100 as I'll be shooting outside. If the photographs are still coming out too dark I may have to increase it. Aperture will also be small for the same reason. In terms of the backdrop, I'll use a coloured one so that the water shows up more easily. I may also try dying the water and using a white background in addition to this. Finally I'll setup my tripod and burst the balloons in front of the camera. If it's too difficult to do by myself I may get someone else to pop and hold the balloons for me.
