Martin Klimas developed Shoot
Why did I decide to do this shoot?
Well I had no idea where I wanted to go with the exam project, so I was tossing between loads of different ideas, when I came across Martin Klimas. I looked through his sound sculptures shoot and decided that I liked this idea of the transformation of impact and thought as a starting point that a developed shoot would be a good way to go. If it was successful (which spoilers it was) then it would be a very strong first shoot.

This shoot was really fun to do but it was incredibly messy. The setup went as planned but I ended up using a smaller speaker. Surprisingly, I didn't really encounter many problems and the shoot was relatively straight forward. Granted a lot of the photographs were out of focus and it took some time to get it right, but all in all I achieved some fantastic photographs and created way too much mess! In terms of camera settings, the ISO was around 800, the shutter speed was around 1/1000 and the aperture was F5.4 to allow as much light as possible.
