Mars surface
Looking at the surface texture of mars it appears very rocky and desolate. The colour is maroon orange with dark grey spots here and there. Apart from that, there are many crevases/hills making the landscape more interesting than it first appears.
Using typography to look at the surface of mars we are able to see it's beautifil expanse of land. The different colours show the elevation of the surface and from that a detailed image of it is created.
I think when producing my own work I would like to explore this idea of colour and making my photographs look like they were taken from an Infrared telescope, for example. This however, would be done in post production as it's made easier by photoshop.
